About Me

Hello! I’m Mindy.

I am a Registered Nurse practicing in Austin, Texas, with a career that has spanned many diverse fields of medicine. Currently, I serve as an OBGYN Nurse, where I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting women through some of the most transformative moments of their lives.

My journey with yoga began over 10 years ago. To bridge my medical background with my love for yoga, I became a RYT-200 certified instructor with an additional 85-hour specialization in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I am a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new education to ensure my teaching is as safe, effective, and personalized as possible for every student.

My mission

Yoga is about so much more than flexibility or “looking pretty” on a mat. I believe that every body is a unique store- shaped by different structures, histories, and conditions.

My mission is to provide intentional, student-centered yoga that honors where you are today. By integrating the mind, the asana (physical poses), and the pranayama (breath work), I create a practice tailored to your specific needs.

With the support of props, an open mind, and a safe environment, I am here to ensure you feel empowered, supported, and truly “glowing” throughout your unique yoga journey.
